B5 in just 98 days!

Babylon 5 - The Lost Tales will be here on July 31. Amazon is taking preorders now. I'll be getting mine, of course!

Definitely looking forward to it (though I will Netflix it first I suspect).

Where is the pic from? I recognize Boxleitner, Scoggins & Woodward. Guessing the other two are just random fans?

And in checking Amazon I found out they are going to release the Crow tv series on dvd. I am looking forward to that too. No, it wasn't as good as the movie, but it was pretty good overall.

And definitely better than any of the Crow movie sequels. Even though Boreanaz was amusing chewing the scenery in Wicked Prayer.

Don't recall from where I "borrowed" this photo, but it's up in Vancouver during the production. Boxleitner's got a script in front of him.

There were Crow sequels???

Thanks for the heads up and the link! Amazon gift certificate now put to good use.

I am not surprised you missed the Crow sequels. The first got a very short theatrical release and was deservingly panned. The rest were direct to video.

The second as a remake of the first. Switched the names, but otherwise the plot was identical! Kinda a Highlander 3. *shudder* It was even more disappointing as Tim Pope directed and I would have loved to see him do something original with a full length film.

I am not honestly sure if I ever saw the third one. After the second being so bad, I think I avoided it despite liking Kirsten Dunst. Though in checking the Netflix queue, it seems I did. So it was pretty forgettable.

Saw the fourth as it has Boreanaz. Was goofy but fun. My expectations were definitely *not* high. Boreanaz had a lot of fun as the bad guy. Chewing the scenery a lot but entertaining. Dennis Hopper & Edward Furlong were also in it. So lots of over the top stuff.

The TV show was good. I am definitely grabbing it when it is released. I have some bootlegged dvds but the quality is really poor.

(Bootlegged dvds reminded me that I picked up some Eek the Cat. Remember that? *laugh*)

Just got a HDTV. Thinking I should pull out B5 and Crusade for certain! Watched The Crow last night as our on demand cable had it for free in high def. I definitely need to own a better copy of it!

Eek the Cat!!! Ah...the good old days, before Savage Steve just gave up for good and became a tool for Disney.

Speaking of old shows, we did a Buffy marathon this weekend. All of season one. Once I get my Nowhere Man dvds back, I think I'll inhale that, too. :)

Always good to do a Buffy marathon. Season one is good for a marathon. I really should pull out the musical episode with the new tv. *grin* As Kaylee would say, "shiny."

Hadn't heard of Nowhere Man. Checked IMDB. Looks interesting.
