Why DC Will Always Be Better

Idiots. Idiots. Idiots. It was bad enough when the great "Supreme Power" series ended its run as a MAX title and moved over to the tamer Marvel imprint. We went from dark, to meh. Now, of course, it's time to do the Dimension Hop!!!

Wow. So the Avengers are going to meet the Squadron. That's never happened before. (Yes, I know. The Ultimates aren't the Avengers. So sue me.)

All I can hope is that Inertia makes Thor pound himself to a bloody pulp with Mjolnir and Emil Burbank convinces Wolverine that he'd do better on Broadway as a castrato.

Holy Batman, R.A.! You're into comics!

Or should I say, graphic novels...

Yes, I'm embarassed to admit it. :)

And I blame JMS. I went to the local nerd den to make a very specific purchase (a copy of V for Vendetta, maybe? I couldn't find all my originals) and I spotted Rising Stars. Bastard sucked me right back into that world. So the fact that he's watered down Squadron Supreme so much already, and is going to do a frickin' crossover...ugh.

Back before I started writing all Lieberman, all the time, I'd actually had several comics-related posts. In fact, my blog was less anal back then. :)
